RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

At AAYAT STUDIO, every outfit is carefully selected and quality-checked before dispatch. We are committed to providing our customers with a premium and satisfying shopping experience.

Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Return & No Refund Policy

AAYAT STUDIO follows a strict No Return & No Refund policy for products delivered in good condition and free from defects.
Returns and refunds are not accepted for change of mind, personal preferences or minor colour variations caused by lighting, photography or screen settings.
Incorrect size selection is not eligible for a refund. However, size exchange is permitted as explained below.
This policy does not affect any mandatory consumer rights under applicable Indian law.

2. Size Exchange Policy

Size exchange is allowed, subject to availability of the requested size.
Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered and returned with their original tags and packaging.
Customers must contact us through WhatsApp with their order number to request an exchange.
Applicable shipping charges for size exchanges will be communicated by our team.
If the requested size is unavailable, our team will assist with an appropriate alternative.

3. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect or Missing Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete product:

Notify us within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery.
Share your order number, clear photographs and an unboxing video showing the issue.
Keep the product unused, unwashed and unaltered until the complaint is resolved.

All complaints will be reviewed and verified by our team. Appropriate remedies will be provided in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are considered only for verified and approved cases involving eligible product issues.

Once approved, refunds will be initiated to the original payment method or another legally permissible agreed method.

Please allow approximately 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before processing or dispatch.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not ordinarily be accepted, subject to applicable consumer rights.
Any eligible approved cancellation refund will be processed through the applicable payment method.

6. Important Conditions

Products showing signs of use, washing, alteration or customer-caused damage are not eligible for voluntary size exchange.
Customers are strongly encouraged to record an unboxing video when opening their parcel.
Shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
All exchange and refund requests are subject to verification.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights available to customers under applicable Indian consumer protection laws.
