  • Minor variations in appearance that do not materially change the product are not considered defects.
  • Customers are advised to carefully review product descriptions, size charts and other available details before placing an order.
  • Product availability is subject to stock.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All product prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise specified.
  • Prices may be changed without prior notice; however, confirmed orders will be handled according to the price accepted at checkout, subject to correction of genuine pricing errors.
  • Payments can be made using the payment methods available at checkout.
  • Online payments may be securely processed through third-party payment gateways, including Razorpay.
  • AAYAT STUDIO does not store customers’ complete card details, UPI PINs or banking passwords.
  • An order is considered confirmed once the payment is successfully received or the order is otherwise confirmed by our team.

4. Order Confirmation & Processing

  • All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation.
  • Customers must provide accurate names, delivery addresses, phone numbers and other required information.
  • AAYAT STUDIO reserves the right to contact customers to verify order details.
  • Orders may be cancelled by AAYAT STUDIO if a product is unavailable, payment is unsuccessful or incorrect order information cannot be resolved.
  • In case of an order cancellation initiated by us, eligible payments will be refunded through the applicable payment method.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer.
  • Estimated delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, courier partner and other logistical circumstances.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
  • Delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, public holidays or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect delivery timelines.
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed or communicated before order confirmation.

6. Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

All purchases are subject to our separate Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.

The following conditions apply:

  • AAYAT STUDIO follows a strict No Return & No Refund policy for products delivered in good condition and free from defects.
  • Size exchanges are allowed, subject to product availability.
  • Size exchange requests must be raised within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery.
  • Damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete products must be reported within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery.
  • Customers are encouraged to provide clear photographs and an unboxing video when reporting an issue.
  • Refunds are considered only for verified and approved eligible cases.
  • All requests are subject to applicable Indian consumer protection laws.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests may be accepted before an order is processed or dispatched.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not ordinarily be accepted, subject to applicable consumer rights.
